Who doesn’t like to go sightseeing but many people are unable to do so due to the concern of expenses. A travel service has recently released a list of the world’s cheapest tourist destinations based on the average cost per person per day.

10. Oklahoma City, USA

A person has to spend an average of 232 dollars (more than 66 thousand Pakistani rupees) per day for tourism in this American city.

Here you will have to spend 13 dollars on public transport, 83 dollars for food, 19 dollars for tourist attractions, and 83 dollars for accommodation.

9. Bucharest, Romania

This city in the European country of Romania is a very beautiful place, where the combination of tradition and innovation is seen.

Tourism here requires spending an average of 220 dollars per person per day (about 63 thousand Pakistani rupees).

Out of 220 dollars, 105 to 127 dollars are spent on accommodation, 22 dollars on public transport, 59 dollars on food, and 35 dollars on sightseeing.

8. Dubrovnik, Croatia

 This beautiful tourist destination in the European country of Croatia costs an average of 197 dollars (more than 56 thousand Pakistani rupees) per person per day.

Daily living expenses here are around 83 dollars while 13 dollars are required for transportation, 83 dollars for food, and 19 dollars for sightseeing.

7. Prague, Czech Republic

Prague is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world that attracts tourists due to its beauty and affordability.

A tourist here has to spend an average of 188 dollars (more than 53 thousand Pakistani rupees) per day.

108 dollars for accommodation, 11 dollars for transport, 66 dollars for food, and 3 dollars for tickets to tourist attractions.

6. Windhoek, Namibia

In the capital of the African country of Namibia, a person has to spend an average of 184 dollars (more than 52 thousand Pakistani rupees) per day during tourism.

A day’s accommodation in this city, a mix of African and European civilizations, costs $125, while transportation costs $13, food costs $45, and tourist attractions are generally free, with some places costing $1.

5. Antigua, Guatemala

Famous for its cuisine, volcanoes, and scenic spots, the average daily expenditure of a person in this city is 167 dollars (more than 47 thousand Pakistani rupees).

Here you will have to spend 9 dollars on public transport, 43 dollars for food, 11 dollars for tourist attractions, and 105 dollars for accommodation.

4. Grenada, Nicaragua

In this city in the Central American country of Nicaragua, a person has to spend an average of 157 dollars (more than 44 thousand Pakistani rupees) per day.

29 dollars for sightseeing, 30 dollars for food, 10 dollars for public transport, and 88 dollars for accommodation.

3. Warsaw, Poland

This European city attracts millions of tourists every year and yet it is a very cheap place to visit, spending an average of 155 dollars (around 44 thousand Pakistani rupees) per day.

It costs $89 per day for accommodation, $6 for public transport, $54 for food, and $6 for sightseeing.

2. Kandy, Sri Lanka

This place in Sri Lanka is known for its beauty where many people come every year to see the lakes and ancient Buddhist monuments and spend an average of 140 dollars (about 40 thousand Pakistani rupees) per day.

The daily cost of accommodation is only $119, plus $4 for transportation, $15 for food, and $2 for sightseeing tickets.

1. Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, has been named the cheapest tourist destination in the world, where the average daily cost is 122 dollars (more than 34 thousand Pakistani rupees).

It costs $90 per day for accommodation, $29 for food, $1 for transportation, and $2 for sightseeing.
