As per the resources, 4 Saudi regions are notified about experiencing the most scorching heatwave this summer. The following four cities are informed:
- Makkah
- Madinah
- Riyadh
- Eastern Province
People staying in all these regions must stay hydrated by drinking fluids, avoiding unnecessary visits out in the sun, keeping an extra bottle of water with them, do not forget to apply sunscreen, consume fruits and fresh vegetables, and wear hats.
The Hajj pilgrims must also follow all the precautionary measures during their stay in Makkah and Madinah.
