After a consistent decline in gold prices over two days, a substantial upsurge occurred today. This sudden increase contradicts the recent downward trend, indicating a swift and notable shift in the market, potentially influenced by factors like global trends, economic indicators, or investor sentiment.
According to the All Pakistan Gem Merchants and Jewelers Association, there has been an increase of 5,700 rupees per tola (11.66 grams) in the price of gold in the country. After this increase, the price of gold per tola has reached 218,300 rupees. Similarly, 10 grams of gold, with an increase of 4,887 rupees, has reached a price of 187,157 rupees.
On the other hand, the global market price of gold, with an increase of $54, is $2032 per ounce.
