The report praised Pakistani workers for their friendliness and excellent customer service, contributing to a positive overall experience for diners. Interestingly, larger cities like Washington D.C. and London didn’t fare as well, receiving lower scores. The report suggests that the high demand in countries like the US and UK, where fast food restaurants are abundant, may impact the quality of service.
