Mohsin Naqvi, the head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), said the selectors will share the team for Pakistan’s next T20I series with New Zealand in a press conference next Tuesday. Naqvi told reporters that the selectors will reveal the Pakistan team for the New Zealand series on April 9th.
They might pick 18 players for the series to give them a chance to play before the T20 World Cup. Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim might play a lot to get fit for international cricket. But some players are injured, like Haris Rauf and Fakhar Zaman.
Some players are confirmed for the team, like Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. Usman Khan may play in the fourth position in the team.
Other players might be included, like Agha Salman and Sahibzada Farhan. The final team may have Abrar Ahmed or Usama Mir.
New Zealand will come to Pakistan on April 14th for five T20 matches starting on April 18th in Rawalpindi and Lahore.
