Vacancies Available:
MEPCO is seeking candidates for several C-level positions, including Chief Human Resource and Career Planning Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Information Technology & Systems Officer, Chief Supply Chain Management Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, and Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities and Skills Required:
Candidates will report to the CEO/Board of Directors and must demonstrate the ability to foster creativity, responsibility, and accomplishment. They should possess expertise in national and international best practices and have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Additionally, candidates must be familiar with industry environments, possess sharp business acumen, and exhibit the best managerial practices related to power utilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must hold relevant 16-years degrees from recognized local or foreign universities, along with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in their respective fields. Certifications or courses from reputable institutions will be an added advantage.
Remuneration and Tenure:
MEPCO offers competitive salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience. The initial contract period is two years, extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance, with annual performance evaluations conducted by the Board of Directors.
