Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Appellate Tribunal has announced vacancies for various positions, inviting applications from suitable candidates across Pakistan.
Positions Available:
- Chairman: Two positions available for retired judges of the High Court. Candidates must hold Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile and be within the age limit of 68 years.
- Member (District & Session Judge or Advocate): Three positions open for in-service or retired District & Session Judges or Advocates with a minimum of fifteen years of practice at the bar. Applicants must be domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and not exceed 65 years of age.
- Member (Retired Professor): Two positions available for retired professors from any discipline of Medicine or Surgery with at least five years of experience in Senior Managerial Positions in Public Health Administration or Hospital Management. Candidates must hold Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile and be within the age limit of 65 years.

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications along with a CV, copy of CNIC, two passport-size photographs, and attested relevant documents via registered post within 15 days of the advertisement to the office of the undersigned. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
Terms & Conditions:
- The tenure of office and other terms and conditions of the positions shall be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2020.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel and produce a NOC at the time of the interview.
- Shortlisted applicants must present their original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates, etc., at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
- The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole at any stage without assigning any reason.
