1. Procurement Officer (BS-16)

- Qualification/Experience: BA/B.Sc./FA/F.Sc. with a diploma in Inventory Management. Candidates must have five years of experience in civil or defense services as a procurement/purchase officer.
- Age Limit: 18-33 years
2. Transport Officer (BS-16)

- Qualification/Experience: BA/B.Sc./F.Sc. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with five years of practical experience in managing mechanical transport within civil/defense services or a large private organization.

3. Cataloguer (BS-16)

- Qualification/Experience: A Master’s in Library Science, MA, or BA with a B.Ed. from an HEC-recognized institution. Applicants must possess five years of practical experience in office work, cataloging, and filing systems, with familiarity in printing work and computer literacy.

4. Stenographer (BS-16)

- Qualification/Experience: BA/FA with a diploma in office work from a recognized institute. Five years of experience as a PA/Stenographer with a shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatory.

5. IT Officer (BS-16)

- Qualification/Experience: BCS/BCSE/ICS in Computer Science from a recognized institute. Candidates must have five years of experience in the relevant field, familiarity with LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting in both software and hardware. Network certification such as CCNA, Microsoft, or Mikrotik is preferred. Any experience in web/software/android development and deployment will be an advantage.

General Instructions
- Government servants are required to apply through the proper channels.
- Age relaxation will be considered as per Federal Government rules.
- Applications should be submitted using the prescribed format, which can be downloaded from the NIM website (www.nim.gov.pk). Candidates must include one passport-sized photograph and an attested copy of their CNIC. Shortlisted candidates will need to provide original documents and an attested set at the time of the interview.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each post with separate envelopes.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- The Institute reserves the right to increase, decrease, or delete the number of advertised posts.
- Applications must be sent via post or courier and must reach the specified address within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. Late applications will not be entertained.
- Provincial, regional, and other quotas will be strictly observed as per rules.
- The Institute also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the advertisement, partially or fully.
- A written test and demo may be required as part of the selection process.
