Available Positions
RDMC is hiring for multiple roles across various departments, including Human Resources, Community Relations, and Travel & Facility. Here are the details for each role:
1. Lead, Training, Development & Partnerships
- Location: Karachi Office
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5-6 years in training and development, with at least 3 years in designing and implementing training programs.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of industry standards, familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), and experience in simulation tools. Proven leadership in managing teams and external service providers.
- Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate comprehensive training programs, align with industry standards, and focus on cost-effective delivery.
2. Officer, Training & Development
- Location: Reko Diq Site, Balochistan
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years in relevant fields such as mining or energy sectors.
- Skills: Proficient in LMS and digital tools, with excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate and assess training programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate training records.
3. CSR Project Engineer
- Location: Reko Diq Mine, Balochistan
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 7-10 years in project management, especially in community-focused projects.
- Skills: Robust knowledge of construction processes and technical specifications, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Responsibilities: Oversee construction projects, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. Travel Coordinator
- Location: Karachi Office
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with excellent English communication skills.
- Experience: 1 year in a travel agency or similar role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of travel policies and procedures, accurate data entry, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities: Manage travel arrangements for RDMC personnel, ensure policy compliance, and maintain travel records.
