More than 120 ancient copies of the Holy Quran were stolen from the Jabale Noorul Quran in Quetta after thieves broke into the building.
The thieves smashed the glass of display cases and took the valuable manuscripts, some of which are over 600 years old. These rare copies were part of a collection kept at a shrine on Quetta’s Jabal-e-Noor, also known as the “Mountain of Light.”
