The RM UP-01 Ferrari mechanical timepiece, which measures just 1.75 millimetres, was made by Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille to commemorate the company’s connection with Ferrari. However, this watch’s reign was also short-lived.
The latest thinnest mechanical wristwatch in the world has an unusual design, with a little register in the middle of the top half of the watch showing the time and a circle next to it revealing the balance.
The movement can be accessed through the two smaller circles on the left side of the watch. Although it’s not everyone’s style, Richard Mille’s accomplishments on this one cannot be disputed in terms of craftsmanship and ingenuity.
