Nitesh Pandey, who played a major role in Shah Rukh Khan’s Om Shanti Om, has died at the age of 51.
Pandey reportedly suffered a severe heart attack during a shooting in Igatpuri near Nashik. The cause of his sudden death was attributed to cardiac arrest.
Siddharth Nagar, the actor’s brother-in-law, confirmed his death and also revealed that his father had traveled to Igatpuri to collect the body.
According to Nagar, Pandey’s sudden death has left people in shock as he was doing pretty fine until his last day. “He was a very lively person. I don’t think he had a history of heart ailment.”
The entertainment industry has already had to deal with the sudden deaths of actors Aditya Singh Rajput and Vaibhavi Upadhyaya. Well, the news of Anupamaa actor’s death once again shocked the entire industry.
Many of his closest friends came forward to pay their respects to the deceased actor.
