Once a child laborer, Muhammad Ehsan, a 55-years old construction expert is a remarkable example of determination, hard work, and resilience.
Although born into a humble family and living a life of difficulties, Muhammad Ehsan became a laborer in his childhood to support his family. He became interested in construction and its working so he started doing manual labor at construction sites.
He somehow understood all the intricacies of construction in his teens without any degree or schooling such that a compassionate supervisor took him under his guidance and started mentoring him. Ehsan spent his days and nights with his supervisor at the construction sites understanding all the deeper concepts involved, becoming an expert himself years later.
Now his suggestions and craftsmanship are honored and highly sought after in any project. He also teaches young laborers now. Ehsan’s 55 years of journey are truly an inspiration for all those who cannot afford to get an education in schools. It reflects that a person can achieve milestones if they work hard, and resiliently no matter what the situation is.
