There are millions of people around the world who are suffering from kidney diseases but they don’t even know about it.

According to experts, there are many signs of kidney disease, but many times people think it is the result of another disease.

According to him, there are some kidney problems which do not show any symptoms during the initial stages.

By the way, kidney diseases are known only through tests, but experts have mentioned some common symptoms that indicate this.

People with high blood pressure, diabetes, a family history of kidney failure or over 60 years of age are at higher risk of developing kidney disease.

So they must be aware of these symptoms.

1- You feel tired all the time

Kidneys clean the waste from the blood and remove it from the body through urine.

When the kidneys are unable to function properly, toxins begin to accumulate in the blood, causing a feeling of fatigue.

Generally, kidney problems cause fatigue as well as nausea.

The kidneys also produce hormones that direct the body to make red blood cells, and when the kidneys are affected, this process is disrupted, reducing the amount of oxygen reaching the brain and muscles.

2- Poor sleep

Research reports have shown a possible link between snoring and chronic kidney disease, which increases the risk of kidney failure over time.

Snoring or sleep apnea prevents the body from getting enough oxygen during sleep at night, which increases the risk of kidney damage.

3- Skin problems

If the kidneys do not remove toxins, they start to accumulate in the blood, which can cause rashes or rashes on the body.

Over time, the kidneys are unable to maintain the balance of minerals and nutrients in the body, which also causes the skin to become dry and itchy.

4- Swelling of the face, hands and feet

When the kidneys cannot excrete sodium (salts), fluid accumulates in the body.

This can result in swelling of the face, hands, feet, ankles and legs, usually more prominent in the feet and ankles.

5- Muscle problems

Sudden muscle stiffness in the legs or any part of the body is also a sign of poor kidney function.

An imbalance of sodium, calcium, potassium and other electrolytes in the body affects muscle and nerve function.

6- Difficulty breathing

The body of people suffering from kidney diseases is not able to make adequate amounts of the hormone called erythropoietin.

Without this hormone, serious health issues like anemia and respiratory difficulties would develop.

Fluid accumulation in the body also makes breathing difficult, in fact, in severe cases, patients feel as if they are drowning.

7- Dizziness or inability to concentrate

When kidney function is affected, the material that accumulates in the blood affects the brain.

Anemia also restricts the supply of oxygen to the brain, leading to problems such as dizziness, difficulty concentrating and poor memory.

Affected individuals also face difficulties in performing daily activities.

8- Loss of appetite

Due to kidney diseases, conditions like vomiting or nausea are experienced due to which the desire to eat is very less.

Due to this, sudden unexpected loss of body weight also occurs.

9- Bad breath

When the kidneys are not able to remove the waste from the body, it causes a strange smell from the mouth.

Due to the presence of waste in the blood, food also starts to taste very bad.

10- Foamy, bloody or discolored urine

A lot of bubbles in the urine can also be a sign of kidney disease, this foam indicates protein excretion.

Similarly, if the color of the urine has turned brown or very yellow, it can also be a sign of kidney problems.

Impaired kidney function can cause blood to leak from the bladder into the urine, which is a sign of kidney stones or infection.
