There is a possibility of severe shortage of gas in Karachi from August 16 to 23.
According to Sui Southern, gas supply to the city will be affected from tomorrow till August 15 due to gas field maintenance.
Due to gas field maintenance, there will be a shortage of 50 mmcfd gas.
The Kannd Pasaki gas field in the city will be repaired from August 12 to 27.
According to Sui Southern, there will be a major shortage of 107 mmcfd gas from August 16 to 23.
Gas supply to the city will also be affected from August 23 to 27.
Sui Southern says areas at the end of the gas distribution system may face gas shortages.
