Manager Finishing – Production:
Responsibilities:
- Plan daily operational activities of the finishing department for smooth production.
- Provide plans to subordinates for implementation.
- Ensure overall fabric production and maintain the desired quality level.
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders and factory production.
- Maintain an inter-departmental production calendar.
- Communicate progress on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop and implement processes to improve and increase production.
- Ensure product conformance as per buyer’s requirements.
- Resolve issues within the Finishing Department.
Qualifications:
- Must be a textile graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years.
Manager Quality – Finishing:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality in all aspects of garment finishing.
- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine and implement quality standards.
- Conduct audits before final shipment.
- Establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
Qualifications:
- Must be a textile graduate.
- Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing concern.
Manager Quality – Stitching:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality in all aspects of garment stitching.
- Arrange pre-production meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain quality systems to ensure quality production.
- Monitor inspection & measurement reports, prepare analysis.
- Resolve quality issues related to non-conformances.
- Implement required corrective & preventative actions using relevant quality tools.
Qualifications:

Manager Sewing Production:
Responsibilities:
- Manage sewing operations planning on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
