Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to extract and compile data for reports and conduct studies of an analytical nature. Ability to assess and interpret information and make recommendations. Understanding of and the ability to use Microsoft Suite Extensive experience and proven skill in EXCEL database and statistics including Pivot Tables and display of data and Power BI.
Basic Qualifications:
Min 5 years’ experience in like role, previous experience in working within a Quality team would be desirable but not a requirement.
Project Engineer – Technical Studies & Planning, Jubail:
University degree in an engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years work experience in engineering with 5 of those years in planning and design of civil infrastructure Understand and adapt industry standard design procedures and be able to explain and communicate them with clarity in both written and verbal form Skill in oral and written communication. Capable of dealing and interacting with challenging people and situations. Multi-tasking co-ordination skill while executing complex and challenging project /program execution. Able to work in a culturally diverse environment
Requirements:
Masters or higher degree is desirable but not required.
Hands on ability to critique consultant presentations to client for clarity and fit for purpose
Proficient knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures.
Proficient knowledge on planning, application and coordination of 2-D and/or 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) design processes on a project.
Knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards and design criteria pertinent to the particular discipline.
BIM manager:
Job Knowledge
• Working knowledge of ISO19650 and application of those concepts and principles on projects
• Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, CM-BIM, or related) is preferred
• Must have knowledge of Autodesk, ESRI and Bentley 3D/BIM authoring Platforms including features, functions, and limitations,
• Working knowledge and proficiency with the following: Collaboration and data management solutions: BIM 360 Suite, Assemble, Synchro, Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled quantity take-off, and BIM-enabled estimating tools
• Knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design/Build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and other modern contractual delivery methods
• Understands project workflows from design, estimation, coordination, construction support and fabrication
• Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and inter-operability techniques • Proficient in oral and written communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment
