Master Changan Motors Limited’s one-year management training program for fresh engineers and business graduates is now accepting applications.
An extension of Changan’s global vision to develop future leaders, the Drive Forward Program is tailored for self-motivated fresh graduates coming from various engineering, business or finance backgrounds.
The program aims to prepare young leaders for future management roles within Changan Auto by inculcating in them the skills, abilities and knowledge that are necessary for personal success.
The program offers both formal and informal training, hands-on learning and active participation in business-based live projects. Regular feedback and performance monitoring add another layer of finesse in the professional outlook of the successful individuals.
Today, graduates of Drive Forward Programs are now holding business critical job roles within the company while numerous others have taken prosperous career roles outside the company, both in Pakistan and abroad.
Changan’s Drive Forward Program registrations are open. Prospective candidates can take the online assessment at https://changan.com.pk/cdp for positions based in Karachi and Lahore. Application deadline is 8 November 2023.
