Responsibilities:
• Thorough understanding of the operations and products in fields such as Transaction Services (Cash, Trade, Account Services), Markets & Securities Services, Private Banking, and Wealth Management, including the related banking practices, processes, and technology.
• Previous experience as an O&T Head or in a leadership role, preferably in organizations of similar size and scale.
• Exceptional skills in continuously measuring, enhancing, and optimizing operations-related functions.
• Ability to fully grasp and influence the overall picture, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders in different functional areas.
• Excellent knowledge of internal Compliance requirements, MCA process, operations, and technology policies and procedures.
• Superior skills in continuously measuring, enhancing, and optimizing operations-related functions.
• Ability to fully comprehend and impact the broader context, working alongside other key players in various functional areas and clusters.
• Strong familiarity with core Citi Systems.
• Experience in O&T budgeting and expense management.
• Understanding of the Continuity of Business process.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15+ years of banking experience, preferably within Citigroup, with a bachelor’s degree in fields such as management, banking, accounting, or finance. Specifically, a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in O&T (Operations and Technology) is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in roles of similar scale or size is expected.

- Outstanding abilities in people management and leadership, with the capacity to effectively oversee diverse and geographically dispersed teams comprising individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
- Proficient negotiation skills and a strong aptitude for influencing others
