KARACHI, Sunday, 11th August: Dolmen Mall, Pakistan’s premier shopping destination, has opened its doors to host the 77th Independence Day and Azaadi Celebration. This year the mall relives its theme of the olden days and the journey of Pakistan. Theme is based to show-case educational and retro-styled aspects for all to see and feel the historic eras of the country.
The Mall had a vintage-based setup in different areas where shoppers and customers would stop and take pictures and feel the sense of nostalgia. The event kicked off on the 9th of August and is set to continue up until the 14th of August where the ‘Lucky Winners’ of the Azaadi Draw will also be announced in all three locations of Dolmen Mall Clifton, Tariq Road and Hyderi, where shoppers will be rewarded with amazing prizes through lucky draw.
Different areas and shopping spots such as the Fashion Boulevard, Designers Avenue and main Atrium had features from all over the country. The ‘Dolmen Karkhana’ exhibits Live Block Printing, Tile Art, Clay Pottery along with other setups showing a glimpse into the country’s artistic heritage. A live Magic Show for attraction is also set in place where children and people from different age brackets were seen enjoying the shows. An eye-catching personalized Plinko game activity is also set up at Dolmen Mall Clifton, where an Independence day themed bracelet making activity was also a center of attraction alongside other activities such as Face painting & much more.
Apart from the nostalgic-themed setups, all three malls have Azaadi Discounts on almost all outlets where customers and shoppers were seen making the most out of Dolmen’s Azaadi Discounted deals. Shoppers who indulge in Azaadi Sales, food deals and shopping sprees get a chance to win exciting gifts and prizes through the Azaadi Draw.
A flag Hoisting Ceremony will be conducted along with guest & celebrity appearances and performance of patriotic songs by renowned singer/songwriter Faakhir Mehmood is also being hosted by Dolmen for the shoppers and customers. NGO’s such as NOWPDP will also be performing live for the mall audience, whereas visitors at Dolmen Mall Tariq Road & Hyderi can also enjoy patriotic School Performances, a mesmerizing musical showcase by Quaid Ahmed from Sounds of Kolachi, and a proud moment of flag hoisting as well.
