Dubai-based Emirates Group has announced a large-scale recruitment drive to fill numerous vacant positions across its subsidiaries, including Emirates airline and dnata. The vacancies are available for roles such as cabin crew, pilots, engineers, IT professionals, and customer service agents.
The group aims to attract the best talent and is utilizing advanced technologies like digital assessments and artificial intelligence to streamline the recruitment process. In the previous financial year, the group received around 2.7 million applications globally. Emirates Group recorded a record profit of Dh10.9 billion in 2022-23 and continues to expand its route network, requiring more staff to support its growth.
The recruitment process is efficient, and candidates are contacted within 48 hours of assessment. Open days and events will be held in multiple cities, and specific initiatives are planned for pilot recruitment, engineering roles, IT professionals, and customer service positions.
