Engro Enablers stands as the flagship Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) Program, serving as a catalyst for fresh talent to evolve into the leaders of tomorrow within Engro, Pakistan’s foremost conglomerate. Operating across diverse sectors such as Fertilizers, Power Generation, Telecom Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Mining, LNG, and Chemical Storage for six decades, Engro is deeply committed to fostering an empowered Pakistan.
The GTE Program provides a structured pathway for graduate engineers, exclusively considering 2024 graduates in disciplines such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Instrument & Electrical, Civil, Mining, and Geology. The selected individuals will have the opportunity to contribute their skills and address some of Pakistan’s most pressing challenges, aligning with Engro’s overarching vision.
Placements for Graduate Trainee Engineers are available in various verticals, each with a unique focus:
- Engro Fertilizers: Placement at the Plant in Daharki.
- Engro Polymers & Chemicals: Placement at the Plant at Port Qasim, Karachi.
- Engro Vopak: Placement at the Plant at Port Qasim, Karachi.
- Engro Energy: Placement at the Plant in Thar & Qadirpur.
Applicants are encouraged to make informed decisions regarding their preferred placement, considering the distinct characteristics of each business area. The eligibility criteria strictly adhere to applications from engineering graduates of 2024, with a preference for specific engineering disciplines mentioned earlier.
