Fauji Foods is providing Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) training opportunity to Pakistani MBA and BBA students. The selected individuals will be working on the plant site at Bhalwal, Fauji Foods, with experts and professionals.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the trainees will be the following.
- Help the HR team in daily tasks including engagement of employees, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and Trainings and development.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR data accurately in their HRIS system.
- Generate HR reports in proper formats including headcount, HR metrics, and turnover.
- Help HR team in maintaining employee relations in compliance with the company’s policies as well as local labor laws.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities with HR team. The activities include employee recognition programs, team building activities, and communication campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the role are:
- BBA / MBA students as well as fresh graduates.
- Students in Human resource management will be given priority.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience is required.
