Emirates has introduced several customer experience initiatives for the summer season, featuring inflight mocktails, fresh strawberries, and complimentary ice cream. Passengers traveling through Dubai International Airport in the upcoming weeks can visit one of six ice cream carts located in the departure areas.
These carts offer a variety of flavors, including vanilla, Arabic coffee and dates, and mango sorbet. The ice cream carts will be operational from Friday to Sunday between June 23 and July 16.
During the month of July, all passengers traveling to or from the UK will be provided with inflight strawberries. These strawberries are grown in an ideal environment at the Bustanica vertical farm in Dubai, without the use of pesticides or herbicides.
First class passengers will enjoy strawberry tarts with compote or rhubarb and strawberry charlotte accompanied by whipped cashew cream and custard. Business class passengers, on the other hand, will be served white chocolate cheesecake with strawberry basil confit or strawberry éclair—a choux pastry filled with crème anglaise and topped with fresh seasonal strawberries.
Passengers in the premium economy class will have the option to savor either the éclairs or a delightful strawberry panna cotta. On the other hand, economy class travelers will be treated to a scrumptious strawberry cheesecake topped with crumble or a refreshing combination of fresh strawberries, vanilla whipped cream, and hazelnut streusel.
