Iftikhar Thakur, a well-known comedian, revealed that if he called Muslim League (N) leader and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at 2 a.m., he would immediately summon him for a meeting.
Iftikhar Thakur stated in a podcast that he used to meet Nawaz Sharif very easily and that if you ever called him, he would ask from the front who is who.
If you told them, they’d say come right away. He stated that if you call him at 2 a.m. and say that we can talk for 10 minutes? So, they used to say, “Why wait 10 minutes when you can come in half an hour?”
In response to another question, Iftikhar Thakur stated that we used to have nothing to do with the rulers and would instead go fight with Mian Sahib.
Iftikhar Thakur stated that these people are very nice, and that even now, when they want to go to London for a program, they go to their house to meet them, where they arrange food and other amenities.
