Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar announced that Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) worth billions of dollars.
These agreements aim to strengthen economic, regional, and strategic collaboration between the two nations. In a video statement from Abu Dhabi, the premier highlighted that the signed MoUs are expected to turn into tangible projects in the near future.
Caretaker Prime Minister Kakar extended congratulations to the people of Pakistan and the UAE, emphasizing the longstanding friendship initiated by Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in the 1970s.
He acknowledged that this friendship has evolved into a new era of bilateral cooperation under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Zayed’s son.
The Prime Minister’s Office conveyed that Prime Minister Kakar had a bilateral meeting with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, in Abu Dhabi, with the Army chief also in attendance.
