A new $70 million technology tower called “The Mark” is scheduled to be constructed in Lahore. This tower will have 36 floors and will be built by CODE Science and Technology Park (CODE STP), following an agreement with the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA).
The purpose of this project, led by a Pakistani technology zone company, is to provide support to technology firms that focus on exporting services, conducting research and development (R&D), and selling products.
Expected to be completed by 2026, “The Mark” will be able to accommodate between 7,000 to 8,000 people during a single work shift. Once completed, it will become the tallest technology tower in Lahore’s Johar Town area. The facility will serve various technology sectors and will benefit from the fiscal and monetary incentives provided by STZA.
