Digital Learnerz was another venture by M. Faseeh Lall that couldn’t be a success. As there are numerous external and internal factors involved in the success or failure of any venture. The internal factors were the reason for the failure of the company. Several mistakes and wrong decisions were made throughout the journey of Digital Learnerz. Some wrong decisions and people within the management can worsen the results changing success to failure. Faseeh Lall is always ready to support other entrepreneurs who are talented enough yet they fail to deal with such issues as Faseeh himself did. So, he made sharing his hurdles and experiences a purpose so youth can see a way out of problems that are barely discussed. M. Faseeh Lall’s journey isn’t for the weak. Imagine losing everything you had in the blink of an eye and watching everything destroyed because of someone else’s greed. Faseeh built Digital Learnerz from scratch, but it was taken away from him in the worst way possible. The people he trusted betrayed him, and his name—something he was proud of—was ruined with false accusations of money laundering. This wasn’t just a business loss; it was a personal attack that left him broken. When he was totally broken and shattered apart, he went through an accident that made him physically weak as well. There was no hope to stand again with the same courage but his vision to not let that happen to others made him stand again. He reached out to his loyal team members, and to his surprise, they were ready to support him again. Their belief in him reignited his passion, and with that fire in his heart, Faseeh decided to rise up and start again. This was the beginning of a new chapter in his amazing journey.
Another thing about Faseeh is that he brings different exciting ways to attract the youth as he always thinks in a different way, with a different vision. The success of Bin Lall and the failure of Digital Learnez together made Faseeh Lall learn about various strategies and techniques to build a successful venture. He learned from his mistakes and experiences and is ready to launch another start-up plan “Faseeh Lall & Co” He thinks that it is time to implement the most effective strategies using his past experiences.
Faseeh Lall has planned the launch of “Faseeh Lall & Co” in a very distinct way where he announced a great trip to Northern areas of Pakistan including Neelam Valley, Dhani Waterfall, and Sharda. This is going to be an amazing launch program that can open doors to various opportunities for business owners because Faseeh plans to discuss the ups and downs of his entire entrepreneurial journey. He will share all his experiences and challenges that he faced throughout and the strategies he used to tackle those issues. This trip can be a great opportunity for new startups to learn how to handle internal politics because these factors can destroy the business foundations.
Previously, the team of Digital Learnerz planned a trip to some of Pakistan’s regions where they invited various experts of their fields to share their experiences with people. This trip was an amazing opportunity for the youth to learn and avail a chance of career counseling along with enjoying the beautiful places. This adventurous trip helped them explore various areas and their fields of interest at the same time.
His life got a purpose and he started to work on his “Entrepreneurship” plan. After his great efforts, he is selected by Linkedin as a Young Entrepreneur as “Leading Entrepreneurial Voice Pakistan”. This selection is one of the biggest wins for Faseeh Lall because the selection process that assigns badges on Linkedin is really critical. Only Top 1% 100 people get this chance of getting selected by Linkedin which Faseeh’s efforts made happen.
