The Ministry seeks to fill the following roles:
1. Director General (Textile) – MP-I
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Sciences, or Textile/Apparel Management.
- Experience: 7 years of professional experience in the public or private sector, including government policy and program management in the textile and apparel sectors.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Positions Available: 1.
2. Director (Textile) – MP-II
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. in relevant fields with 5 years of experience, OR
- Master’s degree in relevant fields with 7 years of experience.
- Experience: Proven expertise in government policies and programs related to textiles and apparel sectors.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Positions Available: 1.
3. Director (Technology) – MP-II
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. in fields like Textile/Fiber Technology, Advanced Materials Engineering, or Innovation Management with 5 years of experience, OR
- Master’s degree in the same fields with 7 years of experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Positions Available: 1.
4. Manager (Textile) – MP-III
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. in relevant fields with 3 years of experience, OR
- Master’s degree in relevant fields with 5 years of experience.
- Experience: Expertise in government policies related to textiles and apparel sectors.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Positions Available: 1.
5. Manager (Financial Analysis) – MP-III
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or related fields with 3 years of experience, OR
- Master’s degree in the same fields with 5 years of experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Positions Available: 1.
6. Manager (Information Technology) – MP-III
- Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Information Technology or Computer Sciences with 3 years of experience, OR
- Master’s degree in the same fields with 5 years of experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years.
- Positions Available: 1.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract Duration: Initial appointment for 3 years, extendable annually for up to 2 additional years based on performance.
