- Stenotypist (BPS-14)
- Qualification: Intermediate with shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
- Requirement: Computer literacy is mandatory.

- Quota: Punjab (Merit) – 1 position.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BPS-11)
- Qualification: Intermediate.
- Training: Successful candidates must complete a 3-week IT Basic Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB during the probation period.
- Age Limit: 18-30 years.
- Quota: Punjab (Minority), Punjab (Women), KPK (Merit), AJK (Merit).
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (BPS-09)
- Qualification: Matric with a typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
- Training: Must undertake a 3-week IT Basic Training Course during the probation period.
- Age Limit: 18-30 years.
- Quota: Punjab (Women), KPK (Merit).
- Naib Qasid, Labourer, Khakroob, Farash (BPS-01)
- Qualification: Primary.
- Quota: Positions to be filled on a local basis.
Age Relaxation Categories
The upper age limit may be relaxed as follows:
- 3 years for candidates belonging to scheduled castes or the Buddhist community.
- 15 years or equivalent to service years for retired Armed Forces personnel.
- 10 years for government employees with at least 2 years of continuous service.
- 10 years for disabled persons.
- 5 years for widows or children of deceased government employees.
General Guidelines
