Maruti Suzuki India has introduced the latest iteration of the Maruti Suzuki Swift hatchback in the Indian market, offering customers a starting price of INR 6.49 lakh (approximately PKR 21 Lacs) for the base model (ex-showroom). The launch has ignited excitement among car enthusiasts, with the new Swift now available for booking both online and at nearby dealerships. Prospective buyers can secure their booking with an initial payment of INR 11,000.
The new Swift lineup comprises five variants – LXi, VXi, ZXi, ZXi plus, and ZXI Plus DT, each catering to diverse customer preferences. Pricing for these variants ranges from INR 6.49 lakh to 9.64 lakh (ex-showroom).
Offering a wide array of exterior color options, including three dual-tone variants, the new Swift introduces two fresh hues – luster blue and noval orange. Additionally, Maruti Suzuki is providing Racing Roadstar and Thrill Chaser accessory packages for individuals seeking cosmetic enhancements.
In terms of design, the fourth-generation Swift boasts a revamped front bumper, a new grille with chunky black surrounds, and redesigned smoked LED headlamps with DRLs.
The rear end features a redesigned tailgate, a new bumper with a skid plate, integrated rear spoiler with a stop lamp, and LED taillights with C-shaped DRLs. Notable interior highlights include a modern dashboard layout inspired by the Baleno and Fronx models, coupled with a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and advanced safety features such as six airbags, ESP, and hill hold control.
