Deputy Manager Administration
Required Qualification: MBA
Experience: 12-15 years in administration
Responsibilities: Overseeing motor vehicle operations, maintenance of earth-moving machinery and vehicles, security and vigilance, staff hostel, mess and colony, housekeeping, and gardening.
Candidate Profile: Strong knowledge of industrial practices, good public dealing skills, and confidence in handling administrative affairs.
Assistant Manager Administration
Required Qualification: MBA/B.A (Preference for Law Graduate or Master’s in Public Administration/Business Administration)
Experience: 10-12 years in administration, especially handling government departments, courts, and land revenue matters.
Candidate Profile: Sound knowledge of labor laws, excellent public dealing skills, and computer literacy.
Technical Positions
Electrician
Required Qualification: DAE (Electrical)
Experience: 7-8 years in a large-scale process industry.
Responsibilities: Handling three-phase electric power supply, parallel operation of generators, inverters, motors, PFI panels, transformers, and plant electrical maintenance.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
Machinist
Required Qualification: Matriculation
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in lathe machine, drilling machine, and shaper operations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the fertilizer, sugar, or cement industries.
Candidate Profile: Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools independently.
Age Limit: 30-40 years.
