In the last three months, over 287,000 Pakistani pilgrims visited Masjid-e-Nabwi and Roza-e-Rasool, as reported by the mosque’s management. These visitors were part of a total of 1.486 million pilgrims from around the world who came during the first quarter of the Islamic year.
Indonesia recorded the highest number of pilgrims, with 449,696 visitors. Pakistan followed in second place, while India had 179,052 pilgrims. Other countries included Iraq with 122,557 pilgrims and Bangladesh with 76,940.
To accommodate this large number of visitors, the mosque’s administration made extensive arrangements to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.
These efforts aim to help pilgrims perform their religious duties without any difficulties. Measures include providing medical assistance, managing crowd control, and maintaining cleanliness across the sacred site.
