Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in one of the following fields, with recognition and verification by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan:
- Architecture (with five years of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture).
- Town Planning (with four years of Bachelor’s degree in City/Urban & Regional Planning).
- Social Science, Management, Public Administration, or Law.
Professional Experience
- A minimum of 15 years of managerial experience in Government, Semi-Government, or Private Sector organizations is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and training in administration/management from recognized local or foreign institutions.
Additional Skills
- Experience in legal processes and procedures will be considered an added advantage.
