Pakistan Railways has announced its plan to introduce four special trains nationwide to accommodate the expected surge in passengers during Eid-ul-Fitr. CEO Amir Ali Baloch has instructed the implementation of these arrangements to ensure a comfortable travel experience from Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta.
Amir Baloch stressed the significance of providing relief to travelers during the festive season and emphasized the need for special services like Eid Special trains to meet the increased demand and ensure stress-free journeys.
Additionally, the Railways CEO hinted at the possibility of lowering fares on Eid if there’s a noticeable reduction in petroleum product prices. This move aims to further alleviate the financial strain on passengers, making travel more accessible during the festive period.
With these initiatives, Pakistan Railways aims to contribute to a smoother and more enjoyable travel experience for Eid-ul-Fitr celebrants nationwide.
