Awais Munir won against Iran’s Siyavosh Mozayani with a 3-1 scoreline. The frame scores were 9-63, 78-34, 59-50, and 73-13, showcasing a strong comeback performance.
Asjad Iqbal also secured a 3-1 victory, this time over Qatar’s Ali Alobaidli. His match scores were 59-36, 26-63, 58-19, and 70-58. Asjad continues to lead his group after this win.
Both Awais and Asjad had previously defeated opponents from Mongolia, Japan, and Oman, winning all their matches and never losing a single frame. Their continued success highlights their exceptional skill and determination in the tournament.
