University students in Pakistan have introduced an advanced AI-powered robot to strengthen the country’s defense systems.
Created by students from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Khairpur Campus, the robot is equipped with a powerful laser gun capable of destroying targets within seconds.
This state-of-the-art technology offers a safer and more affordable alternative to traditional military methods by enabling remote-controlled operations and minimizing risks to security personnel.
The robot is designed to accurately detect and target both moving and stationary objects, whether on land or in the air. Its innovative features make it a valuable tool for modern defense strategies.
The prototype was unveiled at the 4th Research and Technology Showcase held at the Karachi Expo Centre. It received widespread appreciation, including praise from Sindh’s Chief Minister, who highlighted its potential to contribute significantly to the country’s defense capabilities.
