Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has launched the “Uraan Pakistan” transformation plan, aiming to grow Pakistan’s economy to $1 trillion by 2035 and $3 trillion by 2047. The initiative focuses on key areas such as exports, digital technology, energy, the environment, and empowering citizens.
The plan lays out a five-year strategy to strengthen vital sectors like IT, agriculture, and mining. It also aims to tackle corruption, encourage sustainable development, and create a foundation for long-term economic progress. Special attention is being given to climate action, improving infrastructure, and advancing gender equality.
Prime Minister Sharif stressed the importance of national unity and political cooperation to achieve these goals. He called for reconciliation among political leaders to ensure economic stability and the success of the initiative.
