“Prince Dawood and Sulaiman Dawood both died on a submarine trip to see the wreck of the Titanic on Father’s Day,” says the sister of Prince Dawood who was among the tourists on the board. She revealed that her 19-year-old nephew Sulaiman was so scared to take part in the trip to make his father happy.
“The death of Prince Dawood and Sulaiman Dawood was confirmed by the family of Prince Dawood, who was among the tourists on board” according to the reports of the mainstream media.
The Dawood family expressed grief over the death of Prince Dawood and Sulaiman Dawood aboard the Titan submarine, saying they also extend their condolences to the families of the other passengers.
“The Dawood Family thanked the people who participated in the search & rescue operation and ask them to pray for the deceased ones.”
The Daoud family says that the funeral rites of Prince Dawood and Sulaiman Dawood will be announced soon.
In a statement to the BBC, the family said: “Like any tragedy of this nature, it brought out the best and worst in people.”
According to British media, the aunt says that nephew Sulaiman joined the trip to cheer up his father on Father’s Day and revealed that Suleiman was nervous about the trip after seeing the remains of the tank.
