Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC), the pioneer and largest television network in the country, is seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contract basis at its Headquarters Office in Islamabad.
Job Description:
The CFO will oversee the organization’s finances and be accountable for financial reporting. Key responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and tax matters. The CFO will also play a vital role in investor relations and partnership compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing financial advice to management and the Board of Directors.
- Maintaining proper financial records and internal financial controls.
- Leading financial planning, reporting, and accounting functions.
- Coordinating internal and external audits.
- Contributing to strategic decisions on budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
- Leading and managing finance and accounting teams.
Job Specification:
Applicants must be Chartered Accountants and members of a recognized body of professional accountants.
Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience at a senior managerial/executive level in public/private organizations.
Age Limit:
