The Government of Punjab has announced job vacancies for two important positions under the Improving Workforce Readiness Project, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). These positions are available within the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Industries, Commerce, Investment & Skills Development Department.
Available Positions
The Punjab Government is looking to fill the following project-based positions:
- Internal Auditor (Project Payscale – 6)
- Admin Officer (Project Payscale – 6)
Internal Auditor
Qualification:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Preferred qualifications include being a Qualified Accountant (ACMA/ACCA), Certified Internal Auditor, or having a Certification in Risk Management Assurance.
Experience:
- At least 12 years in internal auditing or related fields.
- Familiarity with AGP and GoPb rules, ADB regulations, and international auditing standards is required.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
Admin Officer
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Economics, Business Administration, HR, Public Administration, or Finance.
Experience:
- At least 8 years in HR, Procurement, or office administration.
- Candidates should have experience in donor reporting and an understanding of relevant Pakistani laws regarding taxes and insurance.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
