The Ashiana Housing Scheme case was cleared by the NAB, which Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif welcomed. He added that it had been established that his government was blameless and that it had been singled out for political retaliation.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated, “I thank God that I was proven innocent in the Ashiana housing matter. False accusations were made against myself and other party leaders by Imran Khan. They were innocent people who suffered from political retaliation”.
According to him, Imran Khan’s earlier administration prioritized anti-national measures over economic progress and imprisoned Pakistan in the IMF’s clutches while the people suffered.
The Prime Minister added that those who deceive the people of Pakistan would be punished in accordance with the law and that Imran Khan’s has been clearing landmines for a year and working day and night to strengthen relations with China.
Imran Khan has been victimized, according to Shahbaz Sharif, who claims that Imran Khan was caught in Tosha Khana, Foreign Funding, and the Al-Qader Trust and that the law will take its course about his corruption of billions of rupees.
The Prime Minister responded to a question by saying that Nawaz Sharif would visit Pakistan soon because time had shown that he had been the victim of oppression and injustice.
It should be mentioned that the NAB cleared Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the Ashiana housing programme, stating that there was no proof of corruption or abuse of authority against Shehbaz Sharif and that the Ashiana project did not cause harm to the government’s coffers.
