Chairman FBR says that regulatory duty on mobile phones and cars automatically ended on March 31, the Ministry of Commerce will issue a new notification as and when asked.
He said that cars and mobile phones are not being imported at present, the decision to impose import regulatory duty is taken by the Ministry of Commerce.
Chairman FBR said that regulatory duty on mobile phones and cars was imposed till March 31, which automatically ended, there is no need to issue a notification to impose regulatory duty immediately.
He further said that FBR will issue notification for implementation of regulatory duty whenever the ministry of commerce asks.
