Rolls-Royce has revealed the world’s most expensive car, named La Rose Noire Droptail.
Being inspired from 1930s high-speed sailing yachts, this two-colored, and two-seat automobile highlights manufacturing and aesthetic excellence. There will be only four Droptail, each will be tailored to the buyer’s preferences.
The first model, La Rose Noire, derives its name from the rare black baccara rose, displaying a color-shifting exterior reminiscent of the flower’s hues.
Developed over five years, the Droptail boasts an elegant exterior crafted from steel, aluminium, and carbon fibre, powered by a 6.7-litre V12 engine producing 593 horsepower. Unique grille angles enhance its aesthetics.
Featuring a blend of red and black tones, the vehicle’s bodywork showcases impressive craftsmanship. Its interior is adorned with 1,603 pieces of black sycamore wood trim veneer, resembling scattered rose petals. The dashboard integrates a custom-designed Audemars Piguet watch that can be worn separately, while a champagne and cooler storage compartment adds a touch of luxury.
The remarkable roadster is anticipated to cost a staggering price exceeding $30 million.
