SIIT is a semi-autonomous institute affiliated with Thammasat University, established in 1992. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be foreign students.
- Be proficient in English with certified proof.
- Have an excellent academic record (top 20% of the class).
- Be in good health and conduct.
- Not be recipients of other grants or scholarships.

Interested candidates can apply online, uploading the required documents in the prescribed format, including a CV, passport or citizen ID, research papers or publications (if any), recent photographs, a personal statement, two recommendation letters, an English proficiency certificate, and recent transcripts.
