Jennifer Sutton, a woman from England, arrived to see her heart on display at the Hunterian Museum in London.
How did this happen?
In fact, when Jennifer Sutton was a university student 16 years ago, she realized she was struggling to do even light exercise, and she was still out of breath while walking.
He was immediately examined by doctors, however, and was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a condition that limits the heart’s ability to pump blood.
Jennifer was told that if she wanted to live, she needed to get a heart transplant right away.
According to reports, he finally underwent a successful heart transplant on June 6, 2007, after waiting for a donor, and the old heart was removed from his body, giving him a second chance at life.
She later granted permission to the Royal College of Surgeons to use her old heart for an exhibition, and Jennifer’s heart is now on public display in a glass frame at the Hunterian Museum in London, many years later.
Jennifer, 38, is both pleased and surprised to see her heart in a museum after 16 years, and she hopes the exhibition will encourage people to donate organs.
Jennifer is still living a perfectly healthy life 16 years after her heart transplant, grateful to her heart donor for her new lease on life.
