- Project Management and Contract Administration Specialist (Contract)
- Pay Scale: Equivalent to PPS-9 as per PSOP projects.
- Eligibility: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, MBA, and PMP certification with at least 25 years of experience in procurement and contract management, particularly for university building and infrastructure development.
- Deputy Director Information Technology (IT) (BPS-18)
- Eligibility: Master’s degree in IT or Computer Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BPS-17 or above. Age limit: 40 years.
- Network Administrator (BPS-17)
- Eligibility: Master’s or BS in IT/Computer Sciences (16 years of education) with a minimum of 2nd division. Age: 18-40 years.
- Publication Officer (ORIC) (BPS-17)
- Eligibility: Master’s or BS in Journalism & Mass Communication (16 years of education) with excellent communication skills. Age: 21-40 years.
- Assistant Director Sports (BPS-17)
- Vacancies: 2 (Male: 1, Female: 1)
- Eligibility: Master’s or BS in Sports Sciences with a minimum of 2nd division. Age: 21-40 years.
- Care Taker (BPS-16)
- Eligibility: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. Age: 18-40 years.
- Security Supervisor (BPS-16)
- Eligibility: Retired JCOs from the Armed Forces with a Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education). Age: Maximum 50 years.
- Senior Clerk (BPS-14)
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with a typing speed of 30 WPM and computer literacy. Age: 18-40 years.
- Data Entry Operator (BPS-12)
- Vacancies: 2
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with 50 WPM typing speed in Urdu and English. Six months of computer training is required.
- Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
- Vacancies: 2
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with a typing speed of 30 WPM. Age: 18-40 years.
- Cook (BPS-05)
- Eligibility: Middle education with a cooking certificate and 5 years of relevant experience in reputable hotels or organizations.
- Ground Man (BPS-01)
- Eligibility: Matriculation with a physical fitness certificate. Age: 18-35 years.
General Instructions for Applicants
- Application Submission: Candidates are required to submit attested copies of degrees, photos, transcripts, and certificates along with the prescribed application form. Applications can be submitted in person or via mail to the Registrar’s Office.
- Separate Applications: Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate forms and documents for each post.
- Application Fee:
- BPS-16 & below: PKR 1,000
- BPS-17 & 18: PKR 2,000
- PPS-9: PKR 4,000
Payment can be made through a Habib Bank Challan or a bank draft in favor of the Treasurer, University of Poonch Rawalakot.
- Deadlines: Applications must be submitted by January 20, 2025. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

- Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from the HEC.
