- Lecturer in Law: Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree (First Class) from an HEC-recognized institution without any third division in their academic background.
- Assistant Professor in Law: Candidates with a Ph.D. in Law or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution are eligible. Alternatively, candidates with an L.L.M., J.D., or equivalent degree are required to have a minimum of 4 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized institution or professional experience in the relevant field at a national or international organization. For those holding only an LL.B. degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience in teaching, research, or professional work in the field is required.
