Eid ul Adha will be celebrated on June 17, 2024, following the sighting of the Zil Hajj moon in Peshawar on Friday.
The Zonal Sighting of the Crescent Committee held a meeting where they confirmed the sighting of the moon, signaling the beginning of the Islamic month of Zul-Hijjah.
The committee received credible reports of the moon sighting from various locations in Peshawar and other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). After verifying these reports, they declared the start of Zul-Hijjah.
The final and official announcement will be made by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, which is the main authority for moon sighting in Pakistan. This
